This maps Alt+Tab and Alt+Shift+Tab to the 1 and 3 keys, so you can easily switch back and forth between windows apps. 7 and 9 are tab and shift+tab, so you can move around the buttons or dialogs in the app. Hash (#) brings up the File Menu, so you can then use the arrow keys to move around the menu items and press OK to select. It sounds simple, but once you get the hang of it you can do more of less anything you could do with the mouse. (By forum member Carmst)
